Hydrologists Nine hours of yesterday issued a flood warning and flood watch for the source of eleven counties in northern and west of Romania, the center of heavy rain is expected. The flood warning refers to the catchment area of the Caras, Nera and rivers in the counties Bistra Timis and Caras Severin.
