for heads of there, how much of a purist you punctuality?
So today I was 5 minutes late for work-time horrible and the bus I had to make for me and took a large group of passengers twice (as the first bus that passed by us and then 10 minutes later, when the next came and passed for us!) so that when the bus came 3rd, who was trapped in traffic. Otherwise, it would have been at work 20 minutes ago. I'm new to the job and my supervisors warned me that my boss is very strict for the big time, as you have to be at their jobs by the time the clock 8:30 mark. My boss has not faced me by even 5 minutes delay, but for those large employers who are sticklers in time, would it be more lenient on days with very bad weather? I'm afraid that would come and confront me about it?
I worked for a person who was a purist to be on time. If you arrive late like today, the best thing to do is let your boss know what happened and apologize. Be sure to keep track of this information, such as date, number of minutes late, the reason, if your boss decides to be a big problem. Thus, you can display only once in the afternoon, while climate and good reason (questions of public transport). Hope this helps. Good luck!
